Prudent Property Managers (Company) is a property management company responsible for the administration and operation of apartment projects organized as non-profit, Section 202 Direct Loan and Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment programs under the National Housing Act. These projects are regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Work closely with HUD on compliance and reporting matters.

Successfully guided this start-up government contract, healthcare provider from 3 clinics ($6.6 million revenue) to 16 clinics ($12 million revenue; projected 2008 revenue of $25 million). The thirteen clinics were opened in a nine month period.
Developed pricing models for contract bidding purposes and cash flow/forecast models to manage rapid expansion. Delivered high-level presentations of such models to shareholders, government clients and financing partners.
