Performed complex calibrations (both electronic and Mechanical), certifications, and maintenance to government standards.

Facilitator: Facilitated teams in day-to-day production activities to meet factory goals. Trained team members to maintain test equipment. Assisted in training the production factory in basic fundamentals of “Just in time manufacturing” as well as implementing lessons learned onto the factory floor. Included in supervisory duties were manpower justification, ranking, disciplinary actions and performance evaluations. Functioned as a Liaison for visiting government departments.
