1. COUNT BASED TRAFFIC DENSITY ESTIMATOR

Duration: Dec 2013 to June 2014

Description: This project presents a simple automated image processing mechanism for

detecting the density of the vehicles in road traffic by processing video feeds of vehicles.

This algorithm is specifically designed for noisy traffic feeds and gives an improvement in

existing traffic control system at intersection. This system measures the traffic density at

signals and accordingly change the time delays for traffic lights i.e., the side at which the

traffic is high the signal remains green for more time.

2. SMART CAR PARKING SYSTEM (Mini Project)

Duration: 15 days

Description: This Project displays the total parking slots, allotted parking slots and total

available parking slots. By choosing the particular available slots it will update the whole

system and shows the current availability.

Attended Technical events at INFOSYS CAMPUS Mysore.

Secured 1st place in QUIZ competition (2010).
