Accomplishments
As Customer Service Supervisor of a mortgage portfolio of 40,000+ loans, I was asked to organize the assessment of
the extent of damage caused by the 1994 Northridge Earthquake and oversee the recovery efforts for our customers. As
Loan Servicing Supervisor it was my responsibility to make sure that several departments worked together efficiently and

Meals on Wheels - Lanakila Pacific - My husband and I delivered meals on Saturdays (and Thanksgiving and Christmas)
to seniors. We also volunteered at other events to benefit Lanakila Pacific. We were featured on Hawaii News Now on
Christmas 2013.
