Duties:

Employed as a project document controller lead

Process documents internally and submit to the client as needed

Input data into the Master Document Index

Checking /validation/verification of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format, title and legibility

Organize and manage electronic files/documents via eRoom, Sharepoint and FTP sites.

Process all Project official documentation (includes engineering/technical, correspondence, project management - commercial, legal) to be stored in the Document Management System

Process transmittal of information. Train others on project procedures and issuance of deliverables

Upload to Sharepoint site for client to retrieve. Verify technical documentation to ensure correct numbering, formatting, revisioning, checking, approving and any other client expectations

Maintain document control files

Help troubleshoot / resolve / train end user questions / needs

Review pertinent contract portions for information relating to functional execution processes

Understand the project specific Document Management Plan and execute as well as promote its contents.
