Responsible for analysis, set up and ongoing maintenance of land contracts including oil and gas leases, JOA’s, farmouts, SUA’s, assignments, pooling orders, etc., ensuring accurate representation of ownership, obligations and provisions in Tobin Enterprise Land (TEL) database.

Analyze, reconcile and report company net acreage in specific prospects in an effort to verify leasehold interest while also reducing acreage overlap.

AET Tankers

PROJECT COORDINATOR. Identified and reported on over 60 company vessels around the world to ensure corporate compliance for EPA certification. Data obtained was to record the discharge from each vessel and how much of such was eliminated. Project required in depth communication with the captain of each vessel as well as extensive research on each vessel. EPA certification was successfully obtained as a result of the detailed research and documentation.
