Change Management Coordinator for the Enterprise Monitoring Engineering Organization Performed all tasks

associated with documenting, scheduling, and coordinating change activities for monitoring and tool infrastructure

components in an active 24/7 availability environment including over 14,000 Server Monitoring and Performance

Tracking Agents as well as 200+ Windows, AIX and Linux server platforms. Provided technical oversight for software

deployment and upgrade packaging for the MetLife automated software distribution platforms

Interfacing with a variety of engineering and application development associates to develop technical specifications

for monitoring agent and infrastructure testing and changes.

● Successfully designed and implemented a process to receive timely notifications of new server

builds. Allowing base OS monitoring to be deployed resulting in a savings of 10 man hours per week in

administrative overhead.

● Successfully designed and implemented a process to be notified of retired servers. Allowing the

monitoring footprint to be removed. the end result being a savings of overhead to operations and allowing

the recoup of licensing costs to the enterprise. Over 50 hostnames per week.
