I was requested to take over a troubled business in the current the position of ASRS Operations role, due the
state of the facility failing on all levels such as customer satisfaction, Load turn times, employee relations etc. I
am responsible for all aspects of the automation including but not limited to Operations and customer
satisfaction, Maintenance and coordination with automation vendor when issues arise, and completed process
implementation. I have been able to utilize my past skills of a Six Sigma Black belt in defining and streamlining &
implementing processes, Maintenance program implementation, project of identifying and eliminating waste. I
have been able to bring the facility back with complete customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and a
smooth running business process. Responsible to optimize & perform day to day operations, including but not
limited to problem resolution, scheduling, velocitizing of the warehouse, labor management as well as

Expanded rail dock receiving area capabilities by creating a more continuous workflow. Established a
fluid transport system to keep the dock clear, increasing capacity 33%, for a savings and revenue
increase of $150K. Eliminate excess travel time through efficient reloading of vehicles.
Implemented Red Prairie warehouse management system to support global strategy. Served as the

Facility Service Manager 2011 – 2012

Was asked to retake the current the position of Facility Service Manager, to manage the current facility of 10
employees for all operations of a 411,689 foot or 10,358,818 Cu Ft refrigerated warehouse serving customers
across the country, in addition a $35 million automated expansion (ASRS) operating 6 cranes, conveyors,
multiple elevators, 70,831 sq. feet or 8,499,720 Cu. Ft (10 Stories Tall) and housing an additional 21K pallet
positions. Totaling 482,520 Sq. Ft or 18,858,538 Cu Ft. Conduct training and performance reviews, assigned
tasks, and led departmental safety training. Wrote and maintained Standard Operating Procedures, Process
Safety Program and Standards, and updated documentation for Care and Appearance Standards. Controlled
costs by tracking purchases and inventories.
