WORK EXPERIENCE
As a part of my academic assignment, I have worked as a Trainee embedded system Developer for a period of 10 months under iSOFT technologies in Mangalore . During the course of time I have worked with different kinds of microcontrollers like PIC,8051,MSP430 and have developed various projects assigned by them.
Currently working as Trainee embedded system developer (Intern) in Green Cubes Technology India. Bangalore.
PROJECT WORK
1.Title of the Project :
Distributed embedded system for industrial process monitor and control
Description:
The project involves developing a host based distributed embedded system for industrial process monitoring and control.
The application runs on host machine which is designed to communicate to the various process monitoring nodes via the switch node.
The first phase of the project involves configuring the SPI which establishes communication between target processor and the switch node. This helps acquiring the parameters at switch nodes which are measured at the target node
The second phase involves establishing communication between switch node and the Linux host machine using UART where the acquired data at switch node is sent to the host machine. Then a control signal can be sent from host machine to the target processor via switch node and SPI.
Software Tools:
Keil uV4, Flash magic.
Hardware:
LPC 2378 on MCB2300 Keil board
2.Title of the Project :
“Ultra low power infrared based non invasive measurement of blood oxygen and heart beat”(MS project):
Description:
The task at hand for this project is to design and implement a transducer and the corresponding hardware for the measurement of Red and Infrared PPGs.The project was done using MSP430 Launchpad.
Software Tools: Code Composer studio v5
Hardware: TI MSP430 launchpad
