Role & Responsibilities:

Plan the procurement activities based on the production planning & indents raised by various departments for materials.

Preparing purchase orders as required in bill of material and purchase requisition.

To have follow- up with the vendor to ensure proper dispatch of the material.

Search for new ISO certified vendors.

Send enquiries to vendors in order to fetch best competitive price.

Collecting Quotations, making the Comparison Statement & preparing the Purchase Order..

PLCs are armored for severe condition (dust,moisture,heat,cold) and have the facility for extensive input/output arrangements.
