QUALIFICATIONS
I have been in the construction / maintenance business all my life. I get great satisfaction in being able to stand back and look at a beautifully completed project and knowing I had a part in its completion. This satisfaction is one reason I've risen through the ranks in the construction field from being a laborer as a boy, for my father, to a hands on carpenter and on into a superintendent’s role. And, though I am quite capable of being in a leadership position, I am just as able to be a member of a team and follow another leader’s direction. I have excellent communication skills, and I really do enjoy working with others. You will not be disappointed.

Other duties included computer based scheduling, and walking inspections with city and state hospital inspectors with direct contact at all times with hospital executives, owners, medical staff.
