Provided engineering and technical services to SSC-Pacific s Joint Program Test Group (JPTG), performing COE and GCCS-J (Joint) software testing for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Testing included various hardware configurations, software, and test reporting procedures. Fleet Information Warfare Center Detachment, San Diego, CA, 10/01 3/04

Leading Chief Petty Officer of Red Information Operations Team. Manage a team of 9 in development of IO/IW planning tools used in Fleet Operations and exercises.

Instructor for Strike Group intermediate IO/IW phase training as well as provide planning for Fleet exercise and Battle Experiment coordination.

Develop curriculum, presentations and Battleforce EW Trainer (BEWT) scenarios.

Coordinated the procurement of, inventory, installation and operator training of the AN/USQ-146 RUBICON Communication Jamming system for Pacific Fleet units.

Fleet Information Warfare Center Detachment, San Diego, CA, 09/1999 - 10/2001

IO/IW Manager/Planner. Managed a team of 4 while deployed to the Arabian Gulf in support of IO/IW operations for USS Abraham Lincoln Battle Group. As the IWC watchstander areas planned and managed include:

Afloat Shipboard Electronic Warfare Instructor/Evaluator. Instructed and evaluated Electronic Warfare fundamentals aboard ships in the Pacific Fleet.

Instructed exercise scenario development and execution. Specialized in Aircraft Carriers and Coast Guard unit training.
