1. Mainly work for building the body of a lorry and platform on the chassis by
adding leaf spring on their required load for Bering capacity by cutting the
propeller shaft of a Lorry and By adding Transmission gear box for which
propeller shaft should be used In multipurpose for Hydraulics to take the power
for drilling in Bore well field.
2. Mainly worked for fabrication of whole Rig and there layout in Fabrication
Section As In charge of the Fabrication Team
3. Mast manufacturing which is made of ISMC Channel and SQ Bar
Job responsibilities:
• Lead the team in achieving best possible workshop quality and execute all jobs according to
customers’ requests
• Responsible for the overall running of the day to day operations of the workshop.
• Supervision and management of all the mechanical technicians in the workshop who handle all
maintenance of returned equipment, along with pre-delivery of machinery prior to being sent to
customers or the field.
• Scheduling the work of the technicians in an extremely busy and high pressure environment
• Supervision of the fabrication of the Complete as per Project Specification.
• Supervision of the fabrication of the panel according to the specifications and drawings
• constantly keeping customers, sales people and product managers informed of the status of
their work.
• Making the cutting drawings of the designed panels, for sheet metal fabrication.
• Coordinating with the project engineers for making the part lists & data sheets according to the
Projects
• Installation of heavy equipments like cutting machine and testing facilities inside the workshop.

Description: for Blasting the Hole during Mining
• Understanding the client’s requirement and the details mentioned in the drawings provided by
the projects department.
• Trying to resolve technical issues with available resources in the workshop.
• Co-ordination of Production Department with Design Department.
• Responsible for development of analytical testing method for new raw materials and their
approval.
• Ensuring that all the test reports for the works done at the workshop are available in time.
• General Arrangement Drawings, Sub Assembly, As-built drawings, Fabrication Drawings and
Part Drawings for the entire skid.
• Preparation of Process & Instrumentation Drawings based on Client’s requirements.
• Preparation of detailed fabrication drawings with respect to CNC Machines.
• Supervision of Fabrication work at workshop for the CNC Machines.
• Co-ordination of Production Department with Design Department.

• Component Design with respect to assemble designs for production shop.
• Reviews rough sketches and engineering specifications.
• Mechanical Design / Drawing requirement plans & Monitoring to achieve contractual
deliveries.
• Estimation, Preparation & Implementation of Mechanical Designs based on the customer’s
requirements.
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in the most cost effective manner but
also in accordance with the end clients requirements and to manufacturers specifications.
