- Member of product development team for commercial & military aerospace applications.
- Generation of engineering requirements, qualification test plans & reports, and technical drawings &
documentation.
- Development of fatigue simulation and testing capability. Resulted in fewer design iterations, improved
durability, and reduced weight of various mechanical products.
- Worked to design, refine, and qualify a line of lightweight avionics racking trays. Final designs were 20-43%
lighter than previous products and more economical to produce.
- Creation of structural substantiation reports per customer and federal (FAA, CFR) requirements.
- Performing static, shock, and vibration testing, while demonstrating correlation with analysis results. Formally
trained in the use of electrodynamic vibration systems.
