Business Operations Specialist for the Brand and Business Services division of a well respected

construction management company.

• Coordination of Energy projects with various departments, as well as management of

several smaller projects to include scope, budget and schedule.

• Coordination of tradeshows, special events and meetings, training and travel as well as

monthly surveys, utility data analysis, proposal development and production of various

• This position required learning viticulture terminology and practices to describe the

various wines as well as POS activities for transactions and end of day reports.

A-dec, Inc. Newberg, OR - Sales & Marketing Project Lead (4/2008-2/2009)

Sales and Marketing Project Lead for launch of products and services at A-dec, one of the largest

dental manufacturers in the world. This job required communication to and support of the

highest levels of the organization. Project methodology was used for project scope, tracking,

and reporting.

• Project Lead for the Global Sales Meeting which included collaborating with the

hotel, contractors and vendors to ensure all aspects of the sales meeting ran smoothly.

Developed the opening day for 250 people with the production company and hotel.

Negotiated budgets and meal options with catering companies and hotel services.

Managed the overall $250,000 budget and all contract reviews.

• Project Lead for the Price Change project, successfully implementing the annual

price increase. Required extensive product analyst work across multiple product lines.

This involved working with many areas of the company and overseeing multiple

timelines in support of the final date.

• Sales and Marketing representative on various product launches which includes

concept development for and coordinating updates to brochures, website, advertising

and catalogs as well as training development and implementation. A weekly task was

collecting and proofreading articles, writing and sending out the newsletter to our

outside sales force and internal sales and marketing personnel.

A-dec, Inc. Newberg, OR - Project Coordinator (10/2002 – 4/2008)

Project Coordinator was in the Product Development department of A-dec. Worked closely

with a variety of team members from sales and marketing, engineering, and manufacturing

as well as external customers during the product development process. My position

required project coordination skills, business process knowledge and coordination of

multiple, fast paced projects where specific timelines are required.

• This job entailed coordinating events and meetings both domestically and

internationally. Specific duties for these events include preliminary and ongoing contact

with dealer and end user customers, securing hotel rooms and meeting sites, travel and

tourism arrangements for all participants, catering and audio/visual arrangements, gift

procurement, budget tracking, and staging and shipment coordination of supplies and

dental equipment.

• Provided advanced administrative support for the Vice President and Managers

including database management, product analysis, documentation and presentation

development and coordination, market research and report preparation. Collected

worldwide market information from salespeople and dealers for analysis and reports.

• Training Lead on numerous product launches which included training development

and implementation, webinars, and ordering of and set up of equipment and marketing

materials for tradeshows as well as working at the show. Personally developed and

conducted numerous training classes on a new online ordering system to dealers across

the country and internal sales groups when new product was launched.

Duties included researching, pricing, scheduling and data entry of equipment orders. Served

as the Sales Key User in our area, conducting testing and training along with maintaining
