Negotiating with Forwarders, transporters, agents, etc. to achieve seamless and cost -effective

movement of goods, ensuring timely deliveries.

Managing stores / warehouse operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum

cost savings without hampering the manufacturing process.

Quality Assurance

Ensuring proper quality standards to enhance quality in supply and reduce rejection level.

Ensuring maintenance of proper documentation for maintaining compliance with ISO requirements

Co-ordination of safety, environment and system (ISO, 5S) activities in the plant.

Successfully handled projects worth 100 Million INR Crores in a time period of 3 years.

Completed 800MT Structural Bridge for Chennai Metro Rail ltd.

Completed 2000 MT of Building Structures for Bajaj Infrastructure Company.

Completed 150 MT of Stop log Gates for NTPC.
