Directs daily maintenance efforts for a fleet of 10 C-130 cargo aircraft, valuing $300M. Provides leadership, training,

and direction for 12 employees in the areas of preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

• Proactive Maintainer - Established and maintained spare parts inventory of more than 200+ items, according to usage

rates, valued at $22,000. As a result, organization experienced minimal equipment downtime due to insufficient parts.
