Aircraft Hydraulics Supervisor Charlotte, NC

Directs daily maintenance efforts for a fleet of 10 C-130 cargo aircraft, valuing $300M. Provides leadership, training,

and direction for 12 employees in the areas of preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

• Proactive Maintainer - Established and maintained spare parts inventory of more than 200+ items, according to usage

rates, valued at $22,000. As a result, organization experienced minimal equipment downtime due to insufficient parts.

• Safety Conscious - Manages Operational Safety and Health Program – facilitated team’s ability to

identify and eliminate safety hazards. Work center has experienced zero safety-related incidents in 8 years.

• Process Improvement - Worked on implementation project to replace outdated Vietnam Era aircraft

with 15 new KC-130J aircraft, with a value of $1.5B, to the Marine Corps Fleet. Project included evaluating and redefining

maintenance processes.

• Equipment Reliability - Conducted preventative/predictive maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing,

lubrication and fluid sampling, while maintaining associated documentation.
