Inventory Management
• Plans and manages the Inventory Management activities to meet the requirements of Operations and the Sales Departments.
• Plans and organizes the manpower schedule to match the operational requirements of Operations and Sales teams.
• Conducts reconciliation and research to identify discrepancies between Physical count and book inventory balances.
• Monitors and identifies SOTEX (Aging Stock) Items against Shelf-life requirements. Communicates to NKAM and Haulage Planners if the stock can still be delivered. And as well as FEFO policy.
• Manages, prepares and submits of all Management and Inventory Reports.
• Verifies and checks inbound documents versus system transaction history.
• Daily monitoring of entry transaction on SAP such as issuing, cancellation, receiving and transfer posting on Tcode MIGO for (breakages, drinkage, hauler claim memo and condemnation)
• Checking and verify all hanging shipment list with settlement status, ensure for no hanging shipments
System Maintenance • Troubleshoots SAP system errors.
Inventory Count • Participates in the Monthly, and annual National Inventory Count. And entered on SAP for reconciling, SAP booked vs actual Count for IM & WM level and target the 100% Bin and Batch Accuracy as well as the zero inventory difference.
• Prepares Short picked Summary Report and the Daily Management Report for submission to the Senior Operations Manager.
Manpower Planning and Development • Manages all the staff on their day-to-day activities. Monitors Performance and monitors results.
• Identifies training needs, coaches and provides learning opportunities to the staff.
• Accomplishes the Performance Appraisal Reports for employees due for regularization.
