* Enters information from Student’s Registration Forms such as personal information, account numbers, lists and medical records into computers to be stored and transmitted to the appropriate area within the organization or used for research purposes.
* Completes forms and edits current information.
* Checks work for accuracy and completeness.
* Reads the information and keys the data into the necessary fields and often compares the entered information with the source to identify errors and notify supervisors.
* Separates information into different sections to categorize and identify certain characteristics.
* Solves information that is difficult to read using cryptographic tools with the use of computer programs.
1. Responsible for collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting of student records within CHED Guidelines, e.g., grades, registration data, transcripts, mid-term verification, athletic eligibility and audits .
2. Provide back-up for records and registration services, including registering students, issuing transcripts, answering phones, scanning, reporting grades and working special events.
3. Organize and administer the records, registration and graduation functions, including transcript evaluations, Health Professions admissions and the IAI certification process in order to provide maximum service to students while ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
