USAA identified a third party vendor product Maxit as a book of record for Costbasis. All the historical trades & asset details of USAA

investment customers were formatted as per Maxit requirements and sent to Maxit as multiple files. All the going forward trades are sent

to Maxit on daily basis. All the Costbasis data generated for USAA customers are provided to customers via statements and in online

banking pages.

• Converted entire Mutual fund & Brokerage account, trade, position & security data to the new Costbasis engine which is a

third-party vendor application. Data distributed across different platforms mainframe, Oracle Databases in different UNIX

servers. Developed JCL mainframe jobs, Datastage Parallel jobs for initial conversion & daily data feed to vendor system

• Created ETL jobs to receive & load daily, weekly data from vendor system to internal tables and re-distribute to Regulatory

bodies.

• Created File-transfer interfaces using B2B with clearing corporation DTCC, vendor (Scivantage) application & external

broker dealers to transfer Costbasis when Asset transfer happens between Client & other broker dealers.
