- Develop and implement project plans to include project strategy, resource requirements, project

- Write test plans based on Unified Capabilities Requirements (UCR). Write test reports,

certification and assessment memorandums, and weekly & monthly status reports.

- Conduct weekly status meetings to discuss the results of testing.

- Develop and provide documentation of the system specifications, including system scripts, system

installation procedures, system backup and recovery techniques, and system test methods.

- Analyze, install and configure applications; troubleshoot network problems; and monitor and

evaluate system performance.

- Establish operational databases, software configuration controls and system interfaces for

computer system(s) assigned.

- Maintain file servers and network access; document and analyze system anomalies to ensure

optimum equipment performance.
