This includes but is not limited to working with wire EDM machines with their three phase electric power supply, electronic power control boards,

air power controls, hydraulic power control, and mechanical power controls or customer relations with company, their teams, and their machines

Responsibilities’- in an organized manner must tare strip engines of all makes and models down to core, bake and blast engines, dip parts in

degreasing washer clean up and tag engines box up parts and sent them down the production line.

Any other things that may be required of me at any given time for example helping final clean engines after they have been machined and put

them in the jet wash rinse and dry then take them to assembly, rod reconditioning. Head rebuilds or machining etc.

OCTOBER 2013 – JUNE 2014 – CONTRACT EMPLOYEE THROUGH TATA TECH- WORKING AT TOKIA RUBBER IND.- LAB

TECH.

Responsibilities' – In this R&D facility it is my responsibility to set up tests and monitor parts for characterization and durability testing. I am to

analyze parts and projects multitasking in order to keep everything running on schedule and at optimum performance. It is also my duty to

maintain the lab machines with all maintenance tasks to ensure they stay working in pristine condition. I am also to keep the lab in shining

condition for visitors who tour through the lab to show professional and neat upkeep.

I am familiar with MTS machines including 810, 831, 832, and 833, rotary, landmark, and general single axis actuators.

Also a kokusia testing machine

We also utilize a sound proof room with a 4 wheel dyno for testing on vehicles

June 2014 – Present Contract employee through Aerotek – working at GM Milford proving grounds full vehicle safety crashworthiness

lab

Responsibilities’ – working in the strip and roll team it my job to deinstrument the vehicles after they have been through the crash testing process to also work

directly with customers and test engineers to investigate and take apart any vehicle issues that may have been encountered. Also to roll certain vehicles on a

special roll machine in order to observe integrity and look for fuel leaks

Responsibilities’- after a transfer for a need in another department I was a fork lift operator and shipping and receiving coordinator/handler including but not

limited to checking and verifying material as it came into the crash lab warehouse, driving the fork lift to unload trucks or other various equipment or material

(including carrying full vehicles of any size). Delegating with engineers and other service providers to ensure scheduled testing is ready and available with

whatever may be needed to run their operations. Running inventory lists and keeping material in an organized manner so that it is accessible for review and

transportation.

GENERAL LABORS Throughout my life include landscaping, building, roofing, drywall, general maintenance repairs and upkeep, music, event

planning, etc.

I believe that as a people we need to do whatever it takes to make ourselves happy with our lives and I believe as the old saying goes that how we

spend our days is how we spend our lives and we need to make the best of everything even when it’s not easy or fun. As we work through

whatever lives we may lead we need to do the best we can in everything that we attempt even if it’s not perfect at the end of every day to be able

to satisfy with the effort that was put forth.
