SCOPE: Perform work in all phases of new construction from slab to closing.

Responsibilities include Read Plans, ensure homes are built pursuant to plan

specifications and Schedule “B”. Walk-through with city inspectors to ensure all code

requirements are met and inspections passed. Schedule and coordinate with sub-

contractors to ensure completion of all Trades per Code requirements. Maintain high

quality, safety and rigorous production schedule. Attend pre-construction meetings.

Coordinate meetings project and-developer, architects and engineers. Have land-

development experience.
