(2014-Current) BOYD METALS, Little Rock, AR
Fork Lift Operator (full-time) 4:00pm-12:00am
As a fork lift operator at Boyd Metals I pull orders for all different types of plates and forty foot beams
and channel. At night I load the trucks so they can be delivered the following morning by the drivers.
(2011-2014) United Parcel Service, Bakersfield, CA

As a part time night Supervisor at UPS I was over the drivers dispatch in the evenings making sure that
the drivers stayed under their hours. I was also in charge of all time cards for the drivers which I would
complete ever night at the end of the shift.
After working as an OMS for two years I was promoted to Pre-load Supervisor

In Oct of 2013 Pre-Load supervisor in this roll I was in charge of the load lines making sure that

warehouse or maintenance capacity. I am flexible and willing to work any shift or days of the week.

My strengths are my hard work, dedication and dependability in any position I take on. I have always
been able to succeed above and beyond in my past jobs because I am not afraid to learn new skills and
take on new responsibilities.
(2003-2009) Custom Direct Inc., Mabelvale, AR
Mail Room Clerk (During 2003)
Heath Press Operator (End of 2003-2007)
Press Lead (2008-2009)
At Custom Direct we produced custom checks for consumers. During my time at Custom Direct I spent
many years working on Heath presses I ran two machines at once and did most of my own maintenance.
After a few years of working on the Press Line I became Press Lead where I was over three areas: Print-
ware, Stock, and the Press Line. I enjoyed my time at CDI but in 2009 they closed down the plant.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Worked to standardize the motion patterns of running the press to cut down on critical errors, reject
errors, and excess waste.
• I participated in Reject Teams to discuss and drastically reduce our light print rejects. As we worked as a
team we were able to cut down the reject % from 23% to .23%.
• Went to Seattle Washington where I trained at Heath to break down and re-build a press from the ground
up.
From my years of experience as a press/machine operator, shipping associate, and experience in
management I have many skills that would make me an asset to your company.
