A complex of 125 rental units where i am responsible for all operations

that include units and grounds. It varys from installing kitchen cabinets, to interior and exterior doors, toilets,

kitchen appliances or better known as "make readys."I do have my HVAC certification, so i do all repairs and

installations of all Ac units. I am responsible for all 8 boilers to keep the

units heated during the winter period.As well as for all circulator pumps and zone valve replacements and

power transformors. I am very time

management oriented with all of my work. I keep daily records of all of my work on my Pc and submit reports

to my supervisors. As for working on all of the units i also show the units to potential tenants. And do exit

walk thrus with them as well.

My primary responsibilty was to over see the Executive housekeeper, 1

dispatcher, 5 floor supervisors, 8 housemen, approx 60 housekeepers, with a full laundry staff. My staff cleaned

between 100-150 rooms per

day. I was responsible for move in and move out leases as well as the other 20% of hotel guests that stayed

over night. The hotel had a full

resturant, bar, nautilus rooms that we cleaned as well. I utilize my skills in parque, marble tile floors as well as

carpet cleaning. I pride myself in cross training all of my staff to be more productive during the an

emergency or payroll crunch.

SKILLS

I have worked on boilers and zone valves and also circulator pumps.
