I started at this medical Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) composing letters in answer to member

correspondence. Promoted in trust and commissioned as writer of executive correspondence for the

Company’s President and CEO. I communicated with the Department of Corporations, other government

agencies, attorneys and the medical community regarding company concerns and interests. Recognized

by Company authorities and asked to assume highly responsible Medicare Case Coordinator position

dealing with the company’s newest, high profile Medicare product. I effectively managed a large

caseload, which included Member appeals, legal matters, monitoring critical care patients in order to

make recommendations to the Vice President/M.D., and ordering the implementation of medical

procedures by Plan physicians in the course of patients’ care.

Received digital audio recordings of interviews conducted with authors by a ghostwriter.

I adhered to employer’s particular formats and strict deadlines. Transcribed accurately hours of

interviews for several books (example: interviews for a book by a known movie star). I transcribed

corporate videos verbatim at postproduction. Also, I was tasked to transcribe multiple Webinars for the

Executive Producer of twenty-four major motion pictures.

I was trusted by this Executive Producer concerning resource information for live shoot audio and video

workshops, which I transcribed at a later date.
