Project Abstract: Client is a U.S. pharmaceutical subsidiary of Tokyo-based company is research-

based human health care (hhc) company that discovers, develops and markets products throughout

the world. Company have migrated their Customer Relationship Management system from Siebel to

Veeva. This Veeva application supports the US, Canada and Mexico geographies of the company and

is used by around 800 users from different field forces. Cognizant provides Managed Services

Supports and Operational Enhancement services to Eisai in this engagement.

Platform. Salesforce is the center point for all this system and the data flow is bidirectional i.e. from

Salesforce to Drupal and from Drupal to Salesforce. The customer is already using SFDC + portal but

was unable to use it to the fullest potential. Goal was to provide them production support and minor

enhancement through-out the development cycle of the new system.

party systems Scribe for the data processing and that we need to run Unix command on ETL tool to

get CSV files and in order to load those file into SFDC system.
