Limerick, PA LGS Mr. O’Connor prepared work packages and coordinated electrical power for the up coming outages at
Harrisburg, PA TMI the both Stations. He wrote the safety plan for working in the 220 and 500 KV yards at Limerick for the
2002 – 2004 auxiliary transformer modification and provided safety oversight for the modification. He also provided
the client’s Oversight for this work. He planned all TP&L activities 2R11 outage and security upgrades.
Mr. O’Connor also provided the planning, field engineering, supervision, and testing support, for the 2.8
million dollar electrical scope of the security 9/11 upgrade at Limerick.

Energy Projects (LGS and PBAPS). He was a Core Team Member for the Common Planning
