Manage projects for a $13 million dollar per year company. The industry is
about 80% fast food chains and other top tier clients. Work daily with
various clients nationwide to schedule installs or service. The installs
could be new digital menu boards, pos systems, headsets, digital sinage and
other items specific to that industry. Daily tasks would be communication
with the client via phone and email, open new calls, scheduling techs,
communication with the techs, review all the required documents for
accuracy and signatures, review pictures, review sows, help create rule
sets for the clients, etc. Work with the business development team on high-

hundreds of smaller projects to single very large projects throughout my
time there. Created project reports to present to companies upper
management and subdivision teams. Supervised personnel that were engaged in
the support and operation of the network facility. Vendor comparison, cost
studies and holding responsible parties liable for outages to supporting
production, infrastructure, and support to our corporate systems. Full
documentation and SOPs as well as detailed Visio diagrams created.

Sprint - Network/Telecom Analyst - Contract
Responsible for monitoring the digital nationwide Sprint PCS network in a
24 x 7 environment. React to, open, as well as close trouble tickets to
resolve network outages in a timely manner. Diagnose and correct network
elements such as switches, cells, repeaters and other wireless equipment.
Utilize Regional Outage Report for accurate list of tickets open to prevent
duplication of tickets. Initiate and answer field and switch phone calls
and verify alarm condition. Use React to test cell site T-1's in accordance
with current testing procedures. Utilize UNIX and other interfaces to
troubleshoot issues.

Sprint ION / Advantage Tech - Network Operations Specialist II Team Lead -
Contract
Lead a team that would provision and
troubleshoot ATM and Frame-Relay Permanent Virtual Circuits utilizing
skills with Wide Band and Broad Band Digital Access Cross-Connects, High-
Speed ATM Switches. Customer interfacing and lead customers to purchase
equipment and services based on recommendations. Test and Troubleshoot T1's
and T3's, and pre-release cutting edge network Management software.
Organize and oversaw large wide area network projects for high-end business
customers utilizing strong leadership and communication skills. Manage all
ATM and Sprint ION service orders as well as provide logical circuit
design, engineering, provisioning and installation. My team also provided
customer premise equipment, element configuration; end to end circuit
