Preparation of 3d model from part drawing, which has to be taken up for CNC machining.
Using Mastrercam CNC cutter path generation for the 3d model and post NCI data to required output
NC program for machining.
Planning of suitable Fixtures, work holding devices, cutters and instruments for effective machining
on CNC machines.
Sub Contract for services which are not available in house and monitor the same.

Worked as “ON THE JOB TRAINING EXPERT” for CFTRC [Common Facility and Tool Room Centre],
Kabul, Afghanistan. CFTRC is a project gifted by Govt. of India to Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and was
implemented by HMT International Ltd., A Govt. of India undertaking.
At CFTRC imparted training on CNC Technology, systems, its controls, basic programming, procedure, safety
aspects manufacturing skills, manufacture of moulds and other machine components, material selection,
electrode planning and assembly of moulds to Afghan Engineers.
