• Working as a Team Lead and managing a team of 24 engineers for Nominal Planning,
Site Survey, RF Optimization, Drive Test & Analysis, report Preparation, Single
site ATP, Cluster Drive and Optimization, Cluster ATP and also ATP signup from
Customer for the turnkey project from ZTE Telecomm India for Tamilnadu Circle.
• Planning new sites by analyzing the by analyzing KPI & Coverage and also by
discussing with customer.

CDMA 1X Data & Voice Network.
