Manages Red Hat Linux and OpenVMS operating system software and hardware project/plans implementation,

and ensures the architecture, configuration, and baseline integration conformity for the world-wide release of

DoD Software. Oversees DoD Joint Stars system software/hardware upgrades, ensuring system design

specifications meet Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification (DIACAP) standards.

Administrates the Joint Stars Mission Archive Server (Oracle Solaris), providing mission intelligence and in

flight test data to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and the Air Force Research Laboratory.

Maintains user accounts/product requests, and maintains/updates system software in accordance with its

respective System Security Policy (SSP). Designed and administrates the Joint Stars Performance Metrics

Led an 18 member team in the maintenance, operation, and deployment of the $2 million Joint Stars dollar

Transportable Mission Support System, providing OpenVMS software support for the E8-C Joint Stars

Aircraft. Oversaw database configuration, software installation, and data archival/retrieval services for the $6

billion dollar Joint Stars C2ISR Aircraft Platform. Managed the scheduling, prioritization, and integration of a

$15 million dollar Joint Stars software upgrade package. Hand Selected to supervise Software Support Teams

in Southwest Asia; ensuring the integrity and conformity of 1700 modules of software during a worldwide

Joint Stars Software integration project.

analysis, and solving complex computing system anomalies. Executed $143 million maritime

software/hardware capability 6 months ahead of schedule, resulting in the seizure of $100 million in narcotics.

Configured mission specific software for 1800 deployed flight hours, resulting in the identification of 32

improvised explosive devices during the respective tour of duty.
