Maintain and support over 150 servers over mutiple platforms. Perform windows updates monthly
using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Work remotely with 67 sites across the United
States of America to perform advanced troubleshooting on File Servers Domain Controllers, and
Print Servers. Ensure proper backups are being taken and all data is recoverable using Tivoli
Storage Manager (TSM) and Symantic Backup EXEC. Provide Support for the planning,
modification, design, implementation, and roll back plans for a wide variety of software. Work with
Hyper V and VMWare 5.5 for virtualized machines. Perform maintenance on and upgrade Microsoft
Fail Over Clusters. Use multiple monitoring tools to analyze customer’s environment to produce
network diagrams and topologies, write proper standard operating procedures, and document
findings for future analysis and training. Maintain and repair an array of hardware and software
applications throughout the Nationwide Domain. Deployed Upgrades for Windows Server 2008 R2 to
100+ Domain Controllers and File Servers from Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 to
Windows Server 2008R2 within appropriate deadline. Work intensively on a day to day basis with
Active Directory, Dell Active Rolls Service, and Group Policy for Servers and Workstations. Work
hand in hand with VPN, Remote Desktop, and Dameware to perform remote maintenance on
servers and workstations. Actively monitor File Servers Domain Controllers, and Print Servers with
WhatsUP Gold and Quest Change Auditor. Perform Weekly security analysis to comply with
Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessment(IAVA)that may impact Windows and Macintosh
Servers and patch all vulnerabilities. Create proper Change Orders for major changes to the IT
environment and resolve IT tickets using CA Unicenter.
