As the T346 Lead, I facilitate the direction of the team and I am responsible for directing a small team of molding associates in the areas

of safety, quality, delivery and cost. I ensure that all products are produced to the specified specification according to the employer’s

quality criteria. I also ensure that ATP due dates are met to achieve customer orders, by ensuring that all direct staff complies with the

company’s Health and Safety Procedure’s lead in the execution of daily task, work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous

improvement.
