SYNOPSIS:

I am responsible for the successful execution of the construction phase of

a project. This includes scheduling of materials and labor, and monitoring

field personnel and subcontractors performance. I am directly involved in

the coordination of manpower assignments and division safety program

implementation. I have been in the Construction industry since 1967.

< University of Arizona-District Housing - Pre-Construction Services

and Construction for the new residence hall project to house 750 students.

The project is multiple 3-story buildings, surrounding site development

including upgrades to Highland Avenue, the Highland Market tenant

improvement, and surrounding landscape improvements.

Project Cost: $36 million.

< Arizona Public Service, St. Johns, Arizona - Construction of a

concrete tunnel vault for the distribution of coal at the Cholla Power

Plant.

Project Cost: $3 million.

> Tanque Verde Lutheran Church, Tucson, Arizona - Construction of a,

23,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose building and small office.

Project Cost: $2.7 million.

> Raytheon Missile Systems Auditorium - Airport - Design/Build, fast

track 17,800 sq. ft. 360 seat Auditorium, with four soundproof breakout

rooms, state of the art electronics, two telephone/computer connection

rooms, restrooms, and eating area.

Project Cost: $5.8 million.

> Sidewinders Office Addition at TEP, Tucson, Arizona - 1,500 sf, of

new office building. The building consists of decorative masonry walls to

match the existing ballpark stadium, steel roof system, and complete

interior finishes.

Project Cost: $200,000

> St. Philips in the Hills Classroom Addition, Tucson, Arizona --

17,000 sq. ft. school building and parking lot.

Project Cost: $1.7 million.
