Specialists. As a contractor with Aerotek - my first assignment was to Lash
Group where my primary responsibility was to call insurance companies and
verify benefits for patients. Physicians depended upon these services to
assure their compensation/liability prior to performing medical procedures
for patients.
02/2007 - 11/2014. Medifast, Inc., Owings Mills, MD. Field Administrator.
{Call Center}. Under minimal supervision - responsibilities include; but
are not limited to a wide variety of both secretarial and administrative
support such as working within the Compensation Department making sure
health coaches' {Independent Contractors} commission checks are accurate;
and, for logging in deposits on a daily basis. I am responsible for
opening/distributing incoming mail; handling travel arrangements and
expense vouchers, maintaining the Director's calendar; and, ordering
supplies. I am also responsible for arranging events and activities during
Take Shape for Life {TSFL} quarterly conventions.
Team Lead. Was responsible for assisting with the escalation of callers to
make sure all clients are satisfied with Medifast products and services.
Designed weekly reporting system to denote items such as predictions for
call volume based on average number of calls taken during a particular
shift, calls that are abandoned and average talk time.
Sales Specialist. Assisted incoming callers with their desire to be
healthier for the rest of their lives. Offered customers TSFL as a means
for support throughout their Medifast journey.

Center}. Under minimal supervision - answered telephones to determine the
customer's need for a technician's visit. Was often successful in resolving
their concerns without routing a technician. Was consistently recognized
for adhering to average handling time {AHT} per call, as well as schedule
adherence; and, was consistently awarded with incentive bonuses for the
resolution of a customers' concern prior to routing a technician.

Under minimal supervision - was responsible for Wackenhut's largest account
DELL COMPUTERS. As such was responsible for a rounds check to secure the
facilities, thereby making DELL a safe working environment for their
employees.
