Promoted to Value Stream Manager after only 9 months. Directed the

manufacturing operations and job sequencing of chemicals and continued to

manage daily warehouse operations. Ensured consistency in products as well

as in all aspects of production. Initiated efforts to gain the most

efficiency and least amount of waste.

Brought in initially as Operations Manager. Oversaw union and salaried

employees. Primary interface for customer and quality audits, capital

projects, commercial and customer service inquiries, HSE inspections, and

and 3rd step Union grievances.

. Ensured efficient job sequencing and packaging of chemicals across 4

automated lines and 16 semi-automatic lines.

. Reduced back order dollars in BPF from $900k to $305k in first 3 months

by increasing the optimal operating efficiencies: created a 3rd shift by

revenue.

. Turned around operational losses and reduced staff that resulted in a

. Improved safety, health, and efficiency with Lean Manufacturing and
