PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2012 - 2014 Kestrel Theater Operations Manager and Site Lead (Logos

Technologies LLC), Afghanistan

In Theater Program Manager responsible for executing Logos Technologies

Executives goals for 12 Kestrel Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS)

sites throughout Afghanistan. Operations include: Communication and

coordination with Executive Management and Engineers from Logos

Headquarters, Fairfax, VA; Government and Military liaison for site support

and operations; IntelDocs (SIPR) manager for Kestrel Intelligence Products

and Requests for Information (RFI's); In country manning coordinator for

approximately 45 personnel which included Site Leads, Field Service Reps,

Operators and Logistics personnel. Coordinated operations and force support

on Persistent Threat Detection Systems (PTDS) and Persistent Ground

Surveillance Systems (PGSS) concurrently throughout theater. Additionally

responsible for ensuring classified military information (CMI) was

appropriately stored, accessed, and accounted for in an operational

coalition environment. This involved the assurance of all SIPR, CENTRIX,

and NIPR communications inside hardened structures and in remote

expeditionary style outlying locations attached to various Coalition Units.

Designated reviewing official and approving authority for a classified

SECRET Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) sensor designed

to exploit wide area recorded imagery in a high threat combat zone

requiring extensive communication and coordination between government and

non-government agencies applying conflict resolution skills to accomplish

program and project operational goals.

EXPERIENCE (cont'd)

As Kestrel Site Lead managed and supervised a team of OCONUS Imagery / FMV

analysts and Field Service Reps in implementing a Kestrel sensor system on

PTDS and PGSS aerostat sites. Sensor data used to solve tactical military

and intelligence problems utilizing both real time and forensics

techniques. Areas of operation include IT Network Construction,

Organization, and Troubleshooting; System Management and Organization;

Fiber Optics integration; Military Operations, Intelligence Analysis, Force

Protection, Counter Terrorism. IT / Intelligence Programs Utilized: Linux

(Redhat), ArcGIS, CENTRIX, and Windows7. Familiarized with the use of

Wescam MX-15 and MX-20.

2012 Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Technician (Engility) Camp Buehring,

Kuwait (MPRI / Engility)

Battle Desk Operator, Emergency Operations Center for Brigade Support

Battalion - North (BSB-N)

Receive, analyze, post, and report essential and critical information to

higher, lateral, and subordinated military headquarters in support of ASG-

KU. Maintained EOC duty logs of all occurrences. Drafted, reviewed and

completed CCIRs, SIRs, IRs, and Incident Trackers. Monitored off-camp

operations to include check point reporting, alarms and security systems

and report actions developed from early warning systems; Coordinate patrol

responses Operate security enhancement and protection equipment; Operate

communication systems and exercise command and control of responding units.

2008 - 2011 PSDS2 Shift Lead / Operator / Military Analyst (L3 MPRI)

Camp Liberty / COB Basrah / COB Talil, Iraq

(Persistent Surveillance Dissemination System of Systems) - Supervised a 3

person team responsible for gathering, analyzing, distributing

intelligence, and sensory information to the Division and Brigade staffs

using V-2 and PSDS2 workstations. Provided raw and interpreted intelligence

from numerous sensors and systems. Employed various data collection,

dissemination, and presentation software to produce finished intelligence

products and reports for Staff and subordinate units. Provided technical

and tactical assistance to the General Officer staff sections in a forward

deployed Combat Information Center supporting Operations Iraqi Freedom and

New Dawn in Baghdad and Basrah, Iraq.

2007 - 2008 Security Specialist / Operations Officer, NCIS, South East

Field Office, Mayport, FL

Performed AT-FP training, vulnerability readiness assessments, and

assistance for security commands throughout the Southeast United States,

South America, and the Caribbean Islands. As Operations Officer,

scheduled, managed, and coordinated missions for five personnel to include

their training and travel arrangements. Qualified as Command Duty Officer

for Commander Navy Region South East. Provided expert assistance with

standing up Regional Operations Center.

2006 - 2007 Joint Anti-Terrorism Officer (JATO), Combined Joint Task

Evaluated terrorist threats. Provided Anti-terrorism and Force Protection

recommendations and assignments in a high threat environment. Conducted

Directed an under-manned division in Anti-terrorism assessments, risk, and
