Title: Top Gear Project

Description: Eicher Tractors hired the Renoir Group as part of vendor

MAT, quality MAT and the planning MAT.

Role: As per Vendor MAT carried out the following

activities:

< LRN Meetings: Looked after the line rejection

meetings on daily basis in 3 major areas-

transmissions, pre-painting and Post-painting area

as well as the further communication to vendors in

form of QIS and follow-up for CAPA in 5W1H

formats.

< Vendor Traceability: Part identification and

vendor traceability validation for top 15

contributors in PPM and where vendor traceability

not found further communicated to vendor and

follow up made for the non compliances and

horizontally deployment for other vendors.

< Compilation of KPI (Key Performance Indices)

summary on daily basis.

< Up-dation of CSF (Critical Success Factors) data

on monthly basis particularly as per PPM.
