Brief Knowledge

High School was a great time for me thanks to a class called Construction Technology. I was there 2 years

of my high school life and got to build many small projects for my house, and also got to design a 20

million dollar building. We got to present it in front of the Super Intendant of schools for CCISD and he

loved it. We had left him speechless and he just admired our work. Thanks to our presentations to not only

him but the whole community of CCISD that were there in person and even more watching the live

stream, we gave the community a view of what Clear Creek High School needed. Being part of this big

movement and having done all this work would have been for nothing if the bond that the school

proposed would have been declined. To our disbelief, the bond was passed with a great number of people

voting yes. Our design is currently being looked at by architects and is planned to start construction just

after spring break. I am so happy and thrilled to see something I worked so hard for finally taking shape. I

am now looking forward to my first job in a company in which I can see myself grow from nothing to

something. After a 2 year break I miss the smell of wood being cut and the hard work I put in every

morning. I’m looking for an employer willing to teach me more but have the confidence that I can do

huge things. Thank you for taking some time to read this and I look forward to working for you.
