Position: Helper
Primarily responsible for loading, delivering, distributing and installing
company product to customer’s residential or commercial locations. I have
experience in windows, doors, shutters, and blinds demolition, installation,
trimming and caulking. Minor duties involve some inventory control and
order tracking to include expediting service calls should any pervious orders
from any other installation crews require quality control or corrections. I
also have experience in retro fitting and new construction. This is a vinyl
window and door manufacturer, distributer and installation company.
Precor USA/Amer Sports, Valencia, CA 2008-2009
Position: Senior Operations Supervisor
Primarily responsible for logistics operations through co-managing
Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments, and coordinating with
other members of executive management. Assisting in current and future
production operations regarding material preparation, parts inspection,
production scheduling, order shipments, and reporting directly to the
General Manager on matters there unto pertaining. Ensure proper execution
and accomplishment of manufacturing orders and projects promptly,
efficiently, and safely in a lean light industrial manufacturing environment.
Enforce company related federal and state OSHA laws, environmental,
health and safety regulations, and company policies. Other responsibilities
included data entry and time card approvals.
Quemetco Inc./RSR Corporations, City of Industry, CA 2005-2007
Position: Plant Superintendent
Primarily responsible for plant personnel supervision overseeing
Environmental, Safety, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Shipping and
Receiving department operations. Delegated, expedited and accomplished
all manufacturing work orders, routines, tasks, special projects and
corporate management requests and inquires promptly, correctly,
effectively, efficiently, and safely in a lean manufacturing environment.

Enforced, improved, and implemented standard work instructions and visual
management aides. Other responsibilities included minimal data entry, time
card approvals, participation and contributions to daily briefs and

raw material storage, shelf life, RMA and inventory. Coordinated with
Purchasing and Quality regarding expedited, partial and past due work
orders. Maintained communication with Maintenance regarding PMs and
tool rework. Reported personnel time-keeping, operator efficiency and
scrap. Participated in weekly meetings and conducted daily briefs.
Mentored and supervised a production team of 25 operators, and was a
member of the safety committee.

& waste elimination practices decreasing company

MILITARY: United States Marine Corps, Camp Pendleton, CA 1999 -2003

Supervisory duties involved coordinating with pilot staff and military
intelligence on sortie planning, flight scheduling, mission
