Project title – Shah Gas development project.

• Civil In-charge of one of the 14 Processing Units of Shah Gas Development project, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• Accountable for project execution and management of the Sulphur gas processing unit, executing different civil foundations

like AOC and COC man holes, Sumps, Catch Basins, Excavation of Cable trench network, Vessel & Equipment Foundations.

• Also responsible for execution of GRE pipe line network, Pipe Rack Foundations, Heavy duty and light duty paving works.

• Construction of Pipe support foundations and Pump foundations, Execution of Epoxy grouting of equipment foundations.

• Conducted progress review meetings with consultant and client.

• Preparation monthly progress reports and bar charts, also responsible for Quality Control of various site activities.

• Preparation of weekly progress report and setting up milestones and strategies for executing the work programs.
