Technical Support Engineer III RNAM, (2012 – 2015)
Provided technical network support for enterprise-level to mid-size clients i.e. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile. Collaborated with
various stakeholders (tier 2, R&D and customers) to resolve critical cases among different units resulting in network
improvement.
• Mentored offshore resources (India/Mexico) to deliver the solution with 9H e2e resulting in significant cost saving
• Led internal and external weekly meetings to prepare, discuss and align HOT customer cases
• Led AT&T’s RF pre and post launch optimization projects in Chicago and Pittsburg markets resulting in achieving
the KPIs in SLA.

Integration Service Engineer, (2010 – 2011)
Provided Radio Access Network (RAN) technical support in introducing new hardware into customer’s networks. Then
evaluating software needs including features, testing, upgrading and optimization. Projects involved STA in France,
Egypt, and US.
• Ericsson Toulouse, troubleshooter for the Golden Cluster of RAN swap to RBS6000.
Network modernization project introduced new equipment to south France market to handle LTE. Generated
configuration scripts and loaded them on the OSS. Activated the licenses files. Loaded neighboring configuration files
on the OSS. Supported the technician on site for tests calls
• Ericsson Zain Sudan Remotely, WRAN Integrator Engineer. Network modernization project swapping all RBS
3000 to RBS 6000 to handle LTE

• Ericsson Etisalat Egypt, Back Office Engineer. Provided back office support and front office on escalated cases to
resolve the technical issues in the network
• Ericsson US_AT&T, P6 to P7, Network Rollout Delivery Support Engineer 4. Performed software upgrade in AT&T
network going from P6 to P7 SW level. Led full update and upgrade for AT&T Network. Ensured prerequisites were met prior
upgrade. Coordinated usage activities with customers in order to perform timely upgrades. Investigated failed RBS upgrades,
including log analysis and worked with customer and market to upgrade sites manually.

• Ericsson Romania, Operation and Maintenance Mobistar. Mentored Romanian team to handle operation and
maintenance activities for Mobistar. Worked on Nortel SDH #Huawei (MGW, MS)-Nokia SDP
