Duties and Responsibilities

i) Develop new product as per customer requirement/ sales requirement

ii) Quality control of cementitious products Non shrink grouts, Tile

Adhesive, Tile Grout, Repair materials, Self leveling compound,

flooring and topping materials as per standard

iii) Testing of emulsified bitumen coating compounds as per BS 6949,

ASTM D 1227

iv) Attending customer complaints specially for Admixtures, Polysulfide

sealants, bituminous water proofing products & Floor coatings and

conducting site trials if required

v) Developing concrete Mix design and Evaluation of Admixtures as per

ASTM C494 and carry out the tests for fresh concrete and harden

concrete (slump, Density, Air content, setting time & compressive

strength) as per ASTM C143, C231,C403, C109.

vi) Conducting Laboratory and site trials for admixtures as per the mix

design provided by the customers.

vii) Introducing new alternate raw material suppliers to economize the

product formulations

viii) Quality control and developing of Water proofing membrane as per

standards DIN 52123, ASTM D146, D5147, D4073, D6506 (Tensile strength,

elongation, tear resistance & puncture test by Instron UTM M/C, heat

test)

ix) Quality control of Epoxy based floor coating, self leveling and

repair materials (Compressive strength ASTM C 579, Slant shear bond

strength ASTM C882, flexural test ASTM C580, Adhesion test, briquet

tensile test ASTM C 307 )

x) Attending technical related meetings with Management, customers and

raw material suppliers

xi) Involving in production activities to train or solve any technical

problems.

xi) Maintaining daily reports according to the ISO standards.
