As CSR was responsible for taking calls from patients and handling requests for refills, restarts, and order status inquiries.
I then took a position in the escalation department. I was responsible for answering policy and procedure questions from other representatives as well as taking over escalation calls from members. During that time my duties were split between taking escalation/question calls and preforming correction and input tasks (ex: Rx entered incorrectly – updates needed, Rx deleted for coverage reasons, that issue has since been resolved so I would re-enter Rx for processing) Later the escalation team and the correction and restart teams were split and I remained with the restart and corrections team
