Reserve document number from NIRM (SDOC, EDC, Calc, VTD, VTM), attach engineer documents in SWMS for

NIRM. Turn over engineer documents to NIRM. Copy, scan, and print engineer documents and drawings. Mail

expense statement in process for WorleyParsons-(FAX CAR to HRR) putting them into SWMS as new contract

employees for Palo Verde. Set up their email account, sign the employees up for training, obtain their site badge, and

set up for defender key if needed). Transfer defender key and keep up defender key log.

Exit WorleyParsons’ employees, order supplies, set up meetings, set up catering, perform escorted access, keep tract

of employees (new and terminated), and fill request for documents from NIRM that Reading cannot get from SWMS.

Report updated contractors list. Aid new employees in securing computer assistance and proctor tests (for site

trainings).

Download pictures from walkdowns, prepare presentations for project manager. Using ENCOMPASS, generate letters

and memo numbers, upload modification documents, and update procedures. Upload document to WorleyParsons

shared website. Organize, files and turnover all departments correspondence.

Technical Engineering support includes: Nuclear engineering task

Preparing engineer documents

Data entry in DMWO, DI, DCID (all work order-related) in site work management system (SWMS).

Upload documents to the work order; attach media, control documents, related work, and references per procedure or

modification package, Upload engineering documents, vendor documents, and manuals to SWMS to process by

nuclear information record management (NIRM).

Research companies and instruments for engineer, conduct Walk-downs.
