• Monitor the performance of the network using OPTis-Wx such as drop call rate, hand off
success rate, etc.
• Conduct the speed test and IP pinging for data to determine the performance of the
internet connection.
• Trouble shoot the subscriber complain such as WiMax problem verification & signal
tracing for subscriber number which doesn’t not have a proper routing of Internet.
• Performs drive test along problematic areas and analyzing it using OPTis-Wx with
Optimization tools.
• Perform Cluster based Drive Test for WiMax Short/Long Cal.
