Responsibilities
. Material planning as per approved department wise.
. Update all the records and maintained regularly as per quality
management system.
. Completes 8-Ds, 5S's and Drill Deep and Wide as required by MSD
customers
. Conducts capability and gage R&R studies.
. Provides guidance and direction to Quality Technicians.
. Reports all unsafe and unhealthy conditions or acts to management
immediately.
. Reports injuries, accidents, illnesses, near misses and property
damage immediately to your Supervisor.
. To identify the urgent requirement and arrange material within the
specified time to prevent any delay in production.
. To approve purchase orders and delivery schedules.
. Determination of min and max stock level.
. Ensure that right quality and quantity of raw material in procured
from approved sources, which are evaluated regularly for process
compliance at all right time.
. To prepare yearly supplier audit plan for approved suppliers and audit
them accordingly to the plan.
. Purchasing of all productive and non-productive items (plastic, rubber
components, L casting, forging, sheet metal, brass components),
electronic and electrical hardware etc.
. Maintaining purchase record i.e. indents registers, purchase order
registers, vendor / suppliers registers, quotations and price list
files etc.
. Rejection control, inventory control and clearing bills according to
purchase orders.
. In-process Inspection of running Components.
. Control of non conformity products & customer complaint handling.
. Manage the work instruction, Operation standard to improve the visual
instructions on the shop floor.
