personnel. Platform consists of 3 loosely integrated main elements; Resources run on SAP R3, Battle run on Java,
Documents run on C Sharp.
Main responsibilities:
• Change & Configuration management of TICCS and Lead the branch (85/ 95 personnel): Collect all user
requirements, Analyze the requirements, if requires improve and/or build up business process, Define and prioritize
the requirements for coding/production, Manage the S/W configuration, Prepare official proposals for major changes
to Chief of Staff of TurAF, Coordinate the new air platform and weapon systems integrations to the TICCS, Evaluate
the new project contracts from TCCIS point of view, Implement all new module (function) activation activities

NATO Communication and Information Systems (CIS) Services Agency (NCSA) provides CIS services and support to
NATO, NATO Operations and NATO nations. Service Allocation Branch is responsible for coordinating the complete
process of service delivery from the reception of the customer`s service request to the delivery of the product.
Main responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the Service Allocation Branch which consists of people from 12 different countries;
• Direct the CIS Resources Allocation Management Process,
• Prioritize the allocation of CIS services in case of conflicts and Supervise the resource allocation function,
