Muthoot Group has 8 Regional Offices in both Telungana &Andhra Pradesh state and I
am coordinating the IT related activities of branches/offices under these 8 Regional
Offices as well as the Zonal Office. My Team includes 16 members, directly reporting to
me. We as a Team is checking all our branches connectivity issues, system software and
hardware issues both by remote and direct access. I involved directly in verifying and
updating MIS Reports and monitoring daily business growth of branches. I have
implemented a scheduler for these purposes. Direct dealing and negotiation with vendors
and AMC people for implementing and servicing new and existing hardware peripherals.
